4Deposits and Withdrawals
bee99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit cap for verified accounts. bee99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
- Deposits are credited to your bee99 wallet in real time upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will be processed within one (1) business day of approval.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- bee99 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Players are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. bee99 does not withhold or remit such taxes on behalf of players.
5Bonuses and Promotions
bee99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
- Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must be used before withdrawals can be requested from bonus-sourced winnings.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is fulfilled will be forfeited along with any associated bonus winnings.
- bee99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a player's bonus, or reclaim bonus winnings if it determines that the bonus has been obtained or used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
- No-deposit bonuses and free spins are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap from no-deposit offers will not be transferable to real-money balance.
6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on bee99 are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose products are independently certified for fairness and randomness. bee99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by the software of the respective game provider and are final. The following rules apply to all gameplay on bee99:

11Termination of Account

Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been approved will be processed in the normal course. bee99 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if it determines that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a fraud or security risk, or that continued operation of the account is otherwise inconsistent with bee99's obligations or policies. In the event of termination for cause, bee99 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
12Amendments to These Terms
bee99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
